Mike and Tania joined the real estate industry in 2007, and since then they have established themselves as a respected team with sound credentials who bring passion and dedication to the role they love.
Both Mike and Tania have backgrounds in customer service - Mike in the New Zealand Police and Tania as a senior international flight attendant with Air New Zealand. The couple also operated their own building business for 10 years, building executive residential homes.
As a result of their work experience and passion for property Mike and Tania bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise along with finely tuned communication skills to the role - all a huge advantage to their clients.

Commitment to the job has resulted in delighted vendors and multiple industry awards and accolades, giving their new clients the peace of mind that they are in good hands. In 2015/2016 the Team was awarded number one sales consultants for Bayleys covering the Lower North Island and Wellington Region, and are in the top 5% sales consultants within Bayleys New Zealand.
Mike and Tania focus on all property levels throughout Upper Hutt and have developed an extensive database of sellers and buyers. Since starting in real estate they have sold over 650 properties, selling in excess of $268 million of property, cementing their reputation in the industry.
Mike and Tania are supported by sales consultant Anne Rigden, who specialises in the Upper Hutt area and assists with providing a full support service to clients throughout the sale process.
Anne started as a personal assistant in 2012 and a year later, achieved her Real Estate Sales Consultant Licence. Anne now combines the two roles as a full time PA and sales consultant. A local resident with more than 25 years’ experience in the corporate promotion and advertising industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, along with excellent marketing, relationship management and negotiation techniques.
